Natalie McNeill

As a Baird Fellow, I have been able to reflect on my experiences related to sustainability over the past four years at Dickinson College. As part of this capstone experience, I wrote a reflective essay about my research experience in Italy studying the Mincio Park. Through this research, I discovered that Italy and the United States do not define or think about watersheds in the same way. This discovery completely reshaped my research project. As I explain in this reflective essay, my research deepened my understanding of sustainability and allowed me to make meaningful cross-cultural comparisons.
